Prices, currency, VAT and refunds

What you pay for

• No subscription during early access, and no separate platform fee. You pay per placement, at the price on the listing. See Pricing.
• The listed price includes Rankticker's fee and, unless you supply your own article, $65 for article writing.
• Optional extras are added at checkout: longer articles, revisions, rushed delivery and any extras the publication sells. See content options.

Currency

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a conversion fee.

VAT

VAT isn't currently charged at checkout; your receipt shows VAT as $0.00. Add your VAT number in your billing details so it appears on your receipts. Ask your accountant how to treat the purchase in your country.

Refunds and cancellations

• Rushed orders: if the publisher can't deliver within 5 business days, we refund the rush fee.
• Removed links: if a live link isn't restored within 14 days, you get a replacement of equal value or account credit. See What happens if a link is removed.
• Cancelling an order: email hello@rankticker.com with the order ID as soon as possible. What can be refunded depends on how far the order has got.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. The receipt is marked Refunded or Part refunded. The terms and conditions set out the details.
