What happens if a link is removed

Our promise when a live link drops: we ask the publisher to restore it, and if it isn't back within 14 days you get a replacement or credit.

Updated 1 min read

Every placement bought on Rankticker is covered by the same promise:

  1. We ask the publisher to restore the link.
  2. If it isn't back within 14 days, you get a replacement placement of equal value, or account credit.
  1. Open the order. The Live Link Tracker shows which check failed.

  2. Leave a comment on the order, or email hello@rankticker.com with the order ID.

  3. We contact the publisher and update you on the order.

Temporary placements are sold as temporary and come down at the end of their placement period. Check Placement on the publisher's Formats & pricing page before you buy. The terms and conditions set out the full details.
