What happens after you order

The Order received page lists each new order with its target URL, progress and a Live by date range based on the publication's turnaround (or 5 business days for a rushed order). From here you can Track my orders or View receipt.

What happens next

1. Writing starts. Writers pick up your briefs within one business day. If you're supplying the article, upload it first (how).
2. Chief editor review. Every article is checked against your brief and the publisher's guidelines. Drafts that need your approval appear in your Inbox.
3. Publisher review. The publisher approves and schedules the article and may leave comments.
4. Live. You get the live URL, and the Live Link Tracker starts checking it.

Emails you'll get

• An order confirmation and a receipt as soon as you pay.
• A message when we need content from you or a draft is ready for your review.
• A message when the publisher accepts, when the article goes live, and if an order is put on hold or cancelled.

Emails come from hello@rankticker.com. Add it to your contacts so they don't land in spam. You choose which of these you get in Settings → Notifications.
